BIOGRAPHY – JATE

Age: 4 years old Weight: 14 Kgs.

Ailment: Brain Tumor (Operated)

Recommended Medication: Phellinus linteus extracted liquid – 2 bottles/week

equally divided for 7 days.

Sang Hwang Lingzhi 400 mg. – 1 cap/day

Triterpenoid 100 mg. - 1 cap/day

Health History:

20/2/03 - (1^st Operation) Drain liquid off the brain. No radiation applied.

1 /3/03 - Start to take Sang Hwang Lingzhi 400 mg. Triterpenoid 100 mg. and Phellinus linteus extracted liquid.

Doctor said, “If the tumor disappears after operation, it means he is well.

10/3/03 - Inflammation occurred on the wound, but is not serious.

26/3/03 - 2^nd operation, a lot of water in the brain and found tumor 3 new tumors in

3 points. Fast tumor growth due to drinking a lot of milk, about 10 castets.

28/3/03 - Transfer from Samitive Hospital to Chulalongkorn Hospital for decision concerning radiation.

4/4/03 - Decided no radiation, because it is very risky for a young boy’s health.

Continue to take Sang Hwang Lingzhi 400 mg. Triterpenoid 100 mg.

and Phellinus linteus extracted liquid.

19/4/03 - Increase dosage (1^st time) of Sang Hwang Lingzhi 400 mg. to 4 caps/day,

Triterpenoid 100 mg. 4 caps/day and Phellinus linteus extracted liquid.

13/5/03 - Increase dosage (2^nd time) of Sang Hwang Lingzhi 400 mg. to 8 caps/day,

Triterpenoid 100 mg. 8 caps/day and Phellinus linteus extracted liquid.

(No intervening disease and headache).

27/5/03 - Took medication for 3 months. No intervening disease, only fever sometimes.

30/5/03 - Increase dosage (3^rd time) of Sang Hwang Lingzhi 400 mg. 15 caps/day,

Triterpenoid 100 mg. 15 caps/day and Phellinus linteus extracted

liquid. No intervening disease and no headache anymore.

9/6/03 - Feel better, maybe no tumor growth and cross-eyed result from operation

returned to normal.

1/7/03 - Stop taking Phellinus linteus extracted liquid, but still taking Sang

Hwang Lingzhi 400 mg. 15 caps/day and Triterpenoid 15 caps/day with

Vitamin C. Condition worsen after stop taking Phellinus linteus extracted liquid.

21/7/03 - Start to take Phellinus linteus extracted liquid again together with

Sang Hwang Lingzhi 400 mg.15 caps/day and Triterpenoid 15 caps/day.

22/7/03 - Return to take the 3 medications together, after stopping to take Phellinus

linteus extracted liquid for 20 days, as Jate looked suppressed.

11/8/03 - After continuously taking 3 medications together for 3 weeks, his condi-

tion is better and he does not have fever anymore.

4/9/03 - Have to undergo MRI test in September.

8/9-10/03 - Can eat and play more at this stage.

11-12/03 - No headaches anymore.

20/12/03 - Doctor think Jate is much better now, but should undergo MRI test once a year.

REMARKS: Will wait for X-Ray in June, 2004. All is good at this level.
